Welcome

A general physical preparedness program designed to prepare you for the unknown and unknowables in life. Using functional movements (everyday life movements) , that are constantly varied, done at high intensity. This program is taught in a group atmosphere and each class is coached by a Certified Level 1 CrossFit trainer to ensure proper technique, form and a level of intensity to maximize results each visit. No fancy gym equipment at this facility just barbells, kettle-bells, dumbbells, pull up bars, jump boxes, gymnastic rings and medicine balls.  We will kick your butt each and every workout, and leave you wanting more regardless of your size, shape, age or ability.
